• PROCESSING: Himalayan Amaranth whole, known as Ram dana/ Chaulai / Rajgira locally. Women Farmers Harvest, Collect & Manually Clean grains. Freshly Stone Ground Flour is Made to Order. Chickpea flour is milled from Indigenous Chickpea.
• INGREDIENTS: Amaranth flour, buckwheat flour, chia seed powder, chickpea flower, jaggery powder, Himalayan pink salt.
• HOW TO USE: Add water to Premix & make thick pouring Batter consistency for quick Pancake. Check Salt & Jaggery in Batter. For fluffy Pancakes, add a pinch of baking powder. For taste, add Vanilla Essence, Cinnamon, Chocolate. Set aside for 15 mins upto 1 hour for better results. Pre-heat pan. Grease with little Oil, Vegan Butter or Desi Ghee. Spread one ladleful Batter on pan. Spread thick & evenly in a round shape. Cover pan till firm & flip. Serve with Chutney, Jaggery, Butter, Jam, Vegetable
