Stop helps prevent blisters caused by abrasion on the back of your heels when shoes are slightly too loose. Dimensions are approximate +/- 2mm: Width: 3cm in center and 3.5cm on the sides. Length: center length is 10.5cm. Padded ridge is approximately 3 millimeters thick.
