A simple traditional Gujarati Pickle made with lemon. The pickle is prepared with the traditional recipe which has been passed over generations which ensures the homemade taste. It has got a sweet, sour and chilli flavour. It can be enjoyed with Thepla, parantha, roti or can be relished with any gujarati snacks. This pickle is made by mixing coarsely ground lemon mixed with chillies, salt and turmeric allowed to mature in direct sunlight allowing the mixture to amulgamate.
