Our pickles brings to you the best of traditional Kerala taste, It contains no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. Hand-picked ingredients dried in the sun with care and gingelly oil layer on top helps in preserving the pickle, despite its low vinegar and salt content. The pickle is made and packed hygienically with care, and packed in glass jars to prevent chemical reactions that take place when pickles are stored in plastic bottles (which poses serious health issues). Usage instructions: Please retain the oil layer on top as it acts as a preservative. Use dry spoons and keep the bottle closed. Consume within 1 month of opening / refrigerate for longer periods of use.
