• They can be steamed with the help of a puttu maker or a pressure cooker and can be made into thick rice tubes which can be used in any South Indian delicacy.
• No Added Color and no preservatives

Idiyappams are made from a form of ground rice. The Rice is dried and ground to a fine paste to form the flour which is of smooth texture and white in color.
